The FCS e-Connect is a small-scale call center application for hotels. This application served as an optional module, which operates with FCS UBIS, our flagship core product installed to over 2,500 hotels in 36 countries. It is designed to enhance guest relationship and thus provide excellent service to hotel guests in order to foster greater guest loyalty. FCS promotes this as an express service model to all hotels.
The primary function of this application is to enhance and monitor services provided to the
guests, reduce unnecessary inter-departmental communication in the process of selling and
rendering services to the hotel guest over the telephone.
With FCS e-Connect, guest need only touch a single phone button to make any type of service
request. Such requests would then be delivered immediately to the appropriate Service Fulfilment
Agent, and the requests tracked till completed or escalated when necessary.
With the screen pop feature, the guest information flashed on the agent workstation is
automatic as soon as the agents answers the call or whenever a guest abandons his/her call
while waiting. With that information, the agent can greet the caller by name, knowing their
language preference, VIP status & etc. An alert/screen pop will also be displayed whenever a
guest leaves a voice message.
Since FCS e-Connect is a centralized contact point for all service requests, services can be
grouped and the system can track the quantity of items requested by floor and provide alert
